- How do I get paid as a worker?
- Workers earn 80% of the per-file price set by buyers. Once your wallet reaches the $10 minimum, you can withdraw to your bank account or supported payout method. Earnings are calculated automatically when your submissions are approved by our AI scoring system.
- Why was my submission rejected?
- Submissions are scored 1-5 stars by an AI ensemble (Claude Vision, Whisper, ffmpeg). Files scoring 1-2 stars are rejected with feedback explaining why. Common reasons: poor lighting, blurry images, audio noise, or missing requirements specified in the job. You can review the feedback and resubmit if the job is still open.
- How do I withdraw earnings?
- Open the FirstHand app, go to your wallet, and tap Withdraw. The minimum payout is $10. Funds typically arrive within 1-3 business days. We use secure payout providers and never store payment information on your device.
- Is FirstHand available outside the United States?
- FirstHand is currently available in the United States only. We are evaluating international expansion based on demand and local regulations. If you would like to be notified when we launch in your country, please contact us.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. We will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
