When am I charged?
Credits are escrowed when you create a job (price per file × files needed). You are only charged for files that pass AI quality scoring (3+ stars). Remaining credits are refunded if you cancel a job.
Is the sandbox free forever?
Yes. Sandbox uses synthetic AI scoring and is always free with no job limit. You can test your entire integration before going live.
How does billing work?
You purchase credit packs starting from $10. When you create a job, credits are escrowed based on the price you set per file. The platform takes 20% and workers receive 80%. No monthly fees or subscriptions.
Can I switch plans?
There are no plans or subscriptions. You simply buy credit packs and set your own price per file for each job. Volume discounts are calculated automatically based on monthly file usage.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Jobs cannot be created without sufficient credits. Register a webhook for the credits.low_balance event to get alerted when your balance is running low, then purchase more credit packs.
Do you offer annual pricing?
There are no subscriptions. You buy credits as needed starting from $10. Contact sales for custom arrangements at 25K+ files/month.
How does the buyer-set pricing work?
You set the price per file when creating a job. Higher prices attract workers faster. The platform takes a 20% fee and workers receive the remaining 80%.
How do volume discounts apply?
Bonus credits are awarded at month-end based on total approved files. 5,001–25,000 files: 10% bonus credits. 25,001–100,000 files: 20% bonus credits. 100,001+: 25% bonus credits.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive email warnings at 30 days and 7 days before expiration.
Do larger packs give bonus credits?
Yes. The $25 pack gives +5% bonus credits, $50 gives +10%, $100 gives +15%, and $250 gives +20% bonus credits. The $10 pack has no bonus.
