Credits are escrowed when you create a job (price per file × files needed). You are only charged for files that pass AI quality scoring (3+ stars). Remaining credits are refunded if you cancel a job.

Yes. The $25 pack gives +5% bonus credits, $50 gives +10%, $100 gives +15%, and $250 gives +20% bonus credits. The $10 pack has no bonus.
